(More customer reviews)I have now flown a huge selection of these mini-helicopters and dollar for dollar, this one outshines them all. My favorite to date has been the micro-mosquito which in my opinion is the most well made and the most stable of all of them. At an $80 price tag though, it is a bit of an investment for those of us who just want to have a little fun. The mosquito also does not move back and forward very well. I'm happy to say that the Falcon X has excellent up/down, forward/backward, and rotational control. It is nimble and responsive. The frame is also metal which means it is much stronger than its plastic competitors. The Falcon x also has surprisingly cool LED's that make it possible to fly in the dark (not that this should be a major factor in buying a machine that flys well, but I have to admit it IS very cool). The best part though, is that at a $28 price tag, it is a no-brainer.
For those people that gave this a mediocre review because it didn't perform like a real RC helicopter...it is time to join the real world. The fact that we can buy this kind of technology for $28 is astonishing. Get it, have fun with it, and if you want to get into serious RC heli-flying...then by a real RC heli.
