The flight characteristics of each available aircraft is very similar to the actual models in real life including crashes and wind speed/direction. You can also modify each model to simulate different engines and other characteristics.
There are also different airfields that can modified to more accurately portray your actual area.
The exhaustive manual included on the disk describes all the different ways the program can be used and modified to suit your preferences.
Overall this is an impressive simulator that can actually save beginners considerable money by helping prevent real life crashes and damage.
This latest version has even more available planes and airports as well as game type battle simulations.
