(More customer reviews)I have to say first of all that this toy is really terrific...but beware...the original toy inside an unopened box, has a battery already installed [only] in the helicopter. In the helicopter that I received...the battery had corroded and ruined the electric circuitry thus the helicopter did not work at all. The truck thankfully did not have a battery so I popped in the required '2' C cell batteries and it works beautifully. My grandson still loves the combo and he just plays pretend with the helicopter propeller since neither it nor the lights work.
Just beware of this. I am sure I could have returned it but it really is such a wonderful toy and the price for this particular combo was right for me.
by the way, if anyone has any ideas on how I could repair the helicopter...let me know. Thanks
