(More customer reviews)I tried to email this company three times becuase I was so disappointed in their product. Of course, no response. My daughter acutally loved this gift from "Santa" but the first time she flew it Christmas day the small connector between the propellars broke, and that was that! I think for the price, this product should have been a lot more sturdy. The most disappointing factor is that this company has no concern for its customers!!
