expectations , when I had a Technical Question about a certain opertion and called I got an immediate answer while Talking to them unlike other heli companies I've dealt with.I would Highly recommend this Great Heli as it is stable and a blast to fly, and also Park Flyers they are the best. This is not a toy, but a true Hobby Heli
