(More customer reviews)This toy was a Christmas present. While learning to fly it, the inevitable crashes occured. First crash lost a little dumb bell shaped part that keeps the rotor blade and the gyro blade together. It does not fly without it. After finding it, helicopter flew great. I love the case since transporting little fragile toys is not my long suit. It flew for 3 days and we hunted the dumb bell object many times. Finally we lost the little piece. The company does not stock parts for this helicopter. They did offer to send a different helicopter for the cost of postage.
Bottom line? Like the helicopter very much, beware of losing dumb bell bit, great case, great company.
