I've been wanting one of these micro helicopters for sometime now and finally bit the bullet during the $11.99 lightning sale.
My comments after about 5 battery runs are:
1. Battery life ranges from about 5 - 7 mins. After that the helicopter sorta hovers about 6 inches off the ground until the battery completely dies.
2. Battery takes a considerable amount of time to charge. I can see kids getting impatient waiting the 10 mins + to charge this thing
3. It's really hard to fly the helicopter straight. It tends to turn clockwise to the right very easily in circles, but this one (which is one of the cheaper models) doesn't allow you to control the forward motion very well. Maybe i'll get better with more practice.
4. I did find the helicopter entertaining however. For 11.99 I'm not regretting the purchase, but I would not recommend it at the 24.99 price.
