(More customer reviews)This is an exact replacement of the stock part. If you over-tighten the screws they will strip. Tighten the rotor blade screws just enough to secure the rotor blade but loose enough to allow the blade to flop back and forth when you tilt the copter. I've been running this replacement part for about 50 flights at 6 minutes each with no problems.
