(More customer reviews)My 4-year old got this from his grandparents for Christmas, and likes it just fine. It took awhile to put together, but nothing outrageous, maybe 10-15 minutes, with "help" from our 4 and 6 year old. It didn't require any special tools, and we didn't need to supply any batteries. This toy is definitely much cooler than just knocking down blocks with a plastic dinosaur. It's cute to have the Empire State Building, complete with revolving helicopter, the dinosaur roars, and can hold the car in its mouth, and there is an area of the track that the car fits into, which you can spin wildly out of control with a little lever. That's my personal favorite part. For the money it seems well-made, and something that can be used for some fun creative play.
