(More customer reviews)I had a blast flying this little toy around our home. The cats and dogs didn't know what to make of it but loved to watch. However, it is NOT easy to fly due to touchy controls... it'll take several dozens of crashes before you'll start to get the hang of it (if, like me, you'd never flown an RC helicopter before). The critical draw back to this model is that I haven't been able to find parts to replace the ones that have broken in the fifty or so crashes this thing absorbed.. (Main rotor, tail fan 90 degree motor bracket). So mine is just sitting there on a book shelf now awaiting the day when parts miraculously appear. But I did have alot of fun with it for the eight weeks it was flyable.
So... bottom line... only due to the lack of readily available replacement parts I can not recommend the model 08A10 Turbo Hawk at this time. You could potentially fly the thing into a wall the first flight and that would be all she wrote. Until that situation is rectified there are several other small inexpensive RC Heli's out there for which you can easily find replacement parts.
BTW... TWO sets of spare main blades, a couple tail rotors, knuckle/tie rods, and a spare balance bar would be good for you to have on hand from day one so you won't have to wait for parts after you break them... and you WILL break them at some point, believe me. :
