My daughter acutally loved this gift from "Santa" but the first time she flew it Christmas day the small connector between the propellars broke, and that was that! I think for the price, this product should have been a lot more sturdy. The most disappointing factor is that this company has no concern for its customers!!

If I buy other Hess toys online, I will only do it if the seller agrees to fully test the vehicle and confirm everything works as it should and back it up with free return shipping.
